Privacy Policy

Last updated July 2026

This policy explains what personal data Yarqat LTD collects, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to describe what this website actually does — which is very little.

What we collect

We collect the information you choose to send us through the contact form on this site: your name, email address, and optionally your company, phone number and a message. We also record the page you submitted from, so we can understand which parts of the site are useful.

We do not collect special-category data, and we do not ask for anything we do not need to reply to you.

How we use it

We use the details you send solely to respond to your enquiry and, if it leads to work, to manage that engagement. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us about our services, and, where an engagement begins, the performance of a contract.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept only as long as needed to handle any follow-up, then deleted. Records relating to an actual engagement are kept for as long as we have a legal or commercial reason to, such as tax and contractual retention requirements.

Your rights

If you are in the UK or EU you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to our processing of it. To exercise any of these, email us and we will respond within the statutory timeframe.

Data storage

Enquiry data is stored on infrastructure we control, secured in transit and at rest. Access is limited to the people who need it to reply to you.
