We hire engineers who have shipped and operated real systems at scale. There is no junior tier delivering against a senior sales pitch, so the bar to join is the bar we sell.
You do the work you were hired for
No bait-and-switch onto something unrelated. If we bring you in for AI or infrastructure, that is what you build.
Remote, on Gulf-overlapping hours
We are UK-registered and work hours that overlap the Gulf business day. Where you sit matters less than that the overlap is real.
